Preliminary consultation
| Service | Reserved time | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Free brief preliminary telephone consultation | 5–10 min. | free of charge |
If we haven’t met before, I am happy to have a brief phone conversation with you before the first appointment. This gives us an opportunity to discuss your concern, any questions and a suitable setting.
Bodywork & body therapy
| Service | Reserved time | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Bodywork & body therapy | 60 min. | 110 € |
| Bodywork & body therapy · extended | 90 min. | 150 € |
Each time shown is the complete appointment period reserved for you – from arrival to completion. How that time is divided between conversation, medical history, treatment and rest depends on the particular appointment and how it unfolds.
For a first bodywork or body-therapy appointment, the extended session is often a good choice. Alongside the treatment, it leaves enough time to understand your concern, your history and a suitable approach.
Lomi Lomi - Kahuna Bodywork
| Service | Reserved time | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| The short session | 90 min. | 160 € |
| The complete session | 120 min. | 200 € |
| The in-depth session | 150 min. | 240 € |
| Mau Loa · the timeless session | from 150 min. | from 240 € |
| additional 15 min. | 20 € |
For a Lomi, the preliminary conversation, changing, bodywork, rest and completion are all part of the booked time. The duration of the bodywork is therefore not fixed to the minute.
The short session is an intentionally compact setting. If more time is needed for the preliminary conversation, the time available for bodywork within this period is reduced accordingly.
For a first Lomi, The complete session is often the most suitable setting. It offers more space for arriving, bodywork and rest.
The deep session allows even more time without leaving the end of the appointment open.
For Mau Loa · the timeless session, I reserve at least 150 minutes.
Unlike the other Lomi appointments, this setting has no fixed finishing time. Mau Loa is therefore available only on selected dates when no further treatment is scheduled afterwards.
Additional time is charged in 15-minute increments at 20 €.

Health insurance and GebüH
German statutory health insurers generally do not cover services provided by non-medical practitioners. Depending on the contract, private health insurance, civil-service assistance or supplementary insurance often reimburses part of the cost.
Billing according to the German fee schedule for non-medical practitioners (GebüH) is possible. Please mention this when arranging your appointment.
Different fees apply when billing according to GebüH. The invoice must be paid in full regardless of any reimbursement.
VAT
Therapeutic treatments provided within my work as a German non-medical practitioner are exempt from VAT under Section 4 No. 14 of the German VAT Act.
Cancellations
Appointments are reserved specifically and on a binding basis for you. Please cancel an appointment at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible. This gives me a realistic opportunity to offer the available time to someone else.
If you cancel at shorter notice or do not attend, I may charge a cancellation fee if the appointment cannot be reassigned and I consequently suffer an actual loss of income. The cancellation fee is limited to the agreed fee. Any expenses saved and any income earned from using the reserved time elsewhere will be taken into account.
You remain expressly entitled to demonstrate that I suffered no loss or a smaller loss.
Separate terms may apply to individual offerings; I will inform you before booking.
Herzauf treatment days
Helpful treatment and support should not be prevented solely by financial circumstances.
On selected Herzauf treatment days, appointments are available at a special social rate. Dates and conditions are announced separately.
You can also check Herz Auf! for upcoming dates at LomiVersum.
You are also welcome to ask us about them.
