Elements of my work

The different forms of my work can stand on their own or connect within a treatment. You may consciously choose a particular method. At the same time, the process may reveal which further impulses can support you.

Further methods

Craniosacral Osteopathy

Craniosacral work is a very calm form of touch. I work with the head, neck, torso, pelvis, legs and feet, among other areas, while sensing subtle patterns of tension and movement.

Scar Work · ScarWork

Every scar has its own history. Some become soft and inconspicuous, while others remain hard, knotted, drawn inward or less mobile in their surroundings. ScarWork according to Sharon Wheeler approaches the tissue gradually and predominantly gently.

Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is not a loss of control. It uses a natural state of focused attention in which inner images, bodily sensations and therapeutic suggestion can become particularly accessible.

Family & Systemic Constellations

Family and systemic constellations can make visible and tangible how a person experiences relationships and belonging. The work can take place individually or with representatives in a group.

Crystal Bed

Seven cut rock crystals are positioned above a comfortable treatment table and illuminated with coloured light over the clothed body. Many people use the time primarily as a quiet space for relaxation and inner awareness.

How I work

I do not follow a fixed sequence that applies equally to everyone. Depending on your concern, a treatment may be calm and gentle or become clearer and more powerful. I offer specific impulses and adjust my approach when something different is needed.

An important compass for me is my subtle sensing and intuition. I do not understand physical and emotional experience or personal life history as separate from one another.

Trauma-sensitive support

I want you to feel safe and seen. We can therefore remain in contact throughout the treatment. You can say at any time how you experience something and whether you would like it to change. I ask when I am unsure or want to understand something more precisely. This allows the treatment to respond to what you actually need.

I was touched at my very core, carried to great heights and landed sound and safe.

Frequently asked questions

What does “Lomi” mean?

The word “Lomi” comes from Hawaiian and can mean rubbing, pressing, kneading and massaging. In Lomi Lomi, repetition intensifies the meaning – it conveys repeated and thorough working.

At LomiVersum®, this opens into a whole universe of healing touch through hands and words – physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual.

Do I need to know exactly what I need?

No. You do not need to arrive with a finished diagnosis or a fully formulated personal-development theme. During our first contact, we can explore together what matters to you and which setting may be suitable.

For new or unexplained physical symptoms, however, it is important to me that potentially serious causes have first been assessed by a physician.

How many appointments will I need?

This cannot be predicted reliably in advance. Some people come for a single treatment or a short series. With long-standing symptoms, more complex personal themes or significant transitions, support over a longer period may be helpful. Many return simply because the treatment feels good to them.

How much does a treatment cost?

Current fees and information about reserved appointment times can be found under Fees.

What should I bring to my appointment?

You do not need to bring anything special. Feel free to wear comfortable clothing. For the treatment, it is pleasant if you have showered recently and avoid strong perfume or other intense fragrances.

How can I pay?

You can pay in cash or by PayPal at the practice. A Sparkasse cash machine is located directly opposite. Invoices based on the German fee schedule for non-medical practitioners can be paid by bank transfer.

How do I find the practice?

You can find the address, directions and a map link under Practice & Directions.

What should I keep in mind after the appointment?

If possible, allow yourself some quiet time after the treatment. It can be pleasant not to have to move on immediately or rush to your next appointment.

There is no shower at the practice. Oil is used during a Lomi, so your hair may also be slightly oily afterwards.

Request an appointment

If we have not met before, I like to have a brief phone conversation before the first appointment. This gives us space to discuss your concern, open questions and a suitable setting.

You can request a particular treatment or write to me if you are not yet sure what might suit you.

How may I contact you? Multiple selections are possible.
