Support at a distance

By phone or online

Not every form of support requires physical touch or your presence in my practice. Some concerns and personal processes can also be supported in a conversation by phone or video.

When support at a distance may be suitable

Support at a distance can be helpful, for example:

  • in personal development processes,
  • during transitions and times of strain,
  • in preparation for an operation or another medical procedure,
  • as additional support before or after a treatment at the practice,
  • when an in-person session is not possible.

A concern that is initially still difficult to define can also be explored more closely in a first conversation.

Possible approaches

Depending on your concern, the support may include conversation and process work, guided body and self-awareness, breath and movement, or hypnosis and inner imagery. Prayer and spiritual healing may also be part of the support if they correspond to your concern and your own approach.

The most suitable form does not follow a fixed sequence. Together, we clarify what you are looking for and what kind of setting may be appropriate.

A clear framework

Before the first appointment, we discuss whether support by phone or online is suitable for your concern. We also clarify the format, duration and any open questions.

Support at a distance does not replace necessary medical or psychiatric treatment. It is not suitable for acute medical or mental health crises.
